ACCEPTANCE OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS: We have set up our website to handle the purchases of online writing workshops, In-person workshops, reading events as well as featured books ebooks physical books from our affiliated authors. This purchase facility ensures your debit and credit card details are totally secured and protected.
Ordered items will be delivered to EU countries within 30 days. We take most major credit and accept debit cards in the EU for payment through Ideal and Kassa Complete and Paypal.
If you are purchasing a class or book from outside the EU. We invite you to checkout through PayPal. Please allow 60 days for international delivery with additional shipping charges, which will be clearly marked at checkout. The customer is responsible for any additional costs related to currency transfer or international banking fees.
RETURNING BOOKS AND PRODUCTS: The prices are clearly listed on weedsandwilderness.com and includes a 21% VAT according to Dutch Tax Laws. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties.
In accordance with EU law you have the right to return purchases made online, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.
This policy does NOT apply to online digital content, online classes, in person classes, or already purchased workshops or events.
CANCELATION POLICY FOR MEET-UPS, WORKSHOPS, CLASSES AND EVENTS: Class costs include compensation for teachers, facilitators time, materials, classroom rentals, expert knowledge, materials or supplementary book sales. Prices are will be listed clearly, including 21% VAT, if applicable.
If your registration is cancelled by e-mail nichols114@gmail.com within 10-3 working days before the start of the course, you will receive a refund of 50% of the ticket price.
If you cancel your participation by e-mail nichols114@gmail.com within 72 hours before the start of the course or in case of a no show there will be no refund.
You can allow someone else to take your seat without extra costs. In that event notify us in advance via the nichols114@gmail.com.
Weeds and Wilderness Creative Writing has the right to cancel the course or workshop due to insufficient participation, illness or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases the customer will receive a notification by e-mail and the ticket for the workshop will be refunded.
CANCELATION POLICY FOR ONE ON ONE SESSIONS:
If you cancel a One on One Session more than 24 hours in advance of the meeting time, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel or reschedule the booking less than 24 hours in advance of the meeting time, you'll be charged 50% of the session fee.
In case of a no show there will be no refund.

Participants will be clearly advised in advance if any section of the workshop in which are being recorded. This will not in any way effect the confirmation contained above in respect of confidential or personal information.
ETHICAL EXPECTATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN MEET-UPS AND CLASSES: Inflammatory, defamatory, private biographical information, discriminatory, overtly violent or sexual, extreme religious views, or any other content deemed hurtful and disrespectful, such as: writings, artistry, discussions, books or materials, are not appropriate for this group. While it is not meant to censor creators, the nature of our Meet-ups, classes, writing exercises, discussions and publications are purposed toward a supportive atmosphere for artistic minded individuals to express themselves freely, and are urged to use humane language, respectful engagement and maintain a civil discourse with fellow human beings. Weeds and Wilderness leaders and facilitators retain the right to dismiss or discontinue services of anyone deemed disruptive or otherwise obstructing and abusing any policies, herewith.
Topics of writing and the creative process are sometimes quite personal and sensitive and can trigger an emotional response. This group is a safe, healthy and healing space for its participants, it not intended as a replacement for quality mental health support. If any participants have very personal, sensitive or traumatic experiences, or are in a crisis situation of abuse, self harm, or deemed a danger to others, appropriate referrals to authorities or mental health professionals will be contacted.
